This Mile Long Wooden Xylophone Plays Bach When You Roll A Ball Down It

A xylophone is a musical instrument in the percussion family consisting of wooden bars struck by mallets, but it’s not every day you see a giant one randomly in a forest.

The feat was built for Japanese advertising company Drill Inc to be used for a cell phone commercial.

The enormous musical xylophone ended up going viral thanks to the internet. The musical instrument is roughly a mile long and each wooden note is a key.

When a ball is tossed and really gets going, you’ll recognize Bach’s famous Cantata 147.
